Vacuuming with true HEPA filtration
Vacuuming with strong suction, true HEPA filter, rotating brush machines removes up to 80% of the soil that falls onto carpets. This dry soil is thought to be the most detrimental to the appearance and life span of the carpet. Why do we need HEPA filtration? In conventional vacuum cleaners, fine particles like bacteria and fungus spores are reintroduced into the air through the hot air outlet. In a HEPA filtration system, even the smallest particle is arrested as the air passes through the micron filter bag.
Pre Treatment to Loosen Soil
A dilute hot solution of a professional traffic lane cleaner soil breaker is applied using a high pressure sprayer. The soil breaker works on the carpet fibres and loosens the soil adhered to them. This treatment is essential for thorough removal of soil.
Power Scrubbing
To aid the removal of soil, a rotary power scrubber with a nylon feed brush is used to agitate the carpet fibres. The scrubbing action allows the earlier applied soil breaker with greater effectiveness. The soil will be loosened and it now awaits it removal.
Hot Water Extraction with true HEPA filtration
The first ever system that comes with an added protection, HEPA filter, to eliminate any recirculation of germs into the air during the cleaning process. To remove oily soil and most stains, heat is essential. Hot water (at 70° degrees Celcius) accelerates soil removal and kills most of the microorganisms besides softening the fibers.
Vapour Jet chemical-free sanitization
The extremely high temperature of vapor (which is hotter than steam) kills bacteria, mold, mildew, dust mites and other allergy causing pathogens, along with easily cleaning out dirt and grime without any harmful or harsh chemicals of any kind.
Anti Dust Mite Treatment
This specially formulated solution is sprayed onto carpets and sofas to kill house dust mites, the major cause of allergies and asthma.
The spray is applied by lightly misting on to the carpets and sofa. The surface is then allowed to dry for about 2 hours before being used normally. After about a week, the surface needs to be thoroughly vacuumed. This vacuuming will remove the dead house dust mites, their feces and their dead body parts.
This spray is completely effective against house dust mites yet non toxic, child and pet safe.
Odor Control
A common problem is foul odors. This is especially so in the summer because the humidity and temperature increase to levels that are most conducive to bacteria growth.
Most deodorizers are "COVER UP." All they do is cover up or mask the odor. But once the perfume has evaporated, the foul odor reappears. These so-called deodorizers are also called "masking agents" and "deodorants."
One approach to deodorizing is to oxidize (bleach) the source of the odor. That is the principle used in an OZONE machine. These electrically operated machines eliminate organic odors such as tobacco, smoke, mildew, vomit, some pet odors, mustiness, and perspiration through the oxidizing gas ozone. Ozone (O3), an unstable form of oxygen (O2), is produced by lightning's electrical discharge and is the fresh clean smell left in the air after a lightning storm. It is also the "electrical" odor you smell above the television, radio, and monitor. Ozone machines use an internal electric arc to generate ozone. They then disperse the manufactured ozone that oxidizes the odor or bacteria in the air and absorbed into surfaces, thus frequently eliminating the air-borne odors permanently. This is the best way of ridding a room of skunk odor or of tobacco smoke odor. This is an extremely effective odor control method. It is best to clean the furniture after ozone treatment or allow the furniture to thoroughly dry before treating with ozone. Ozone eliminates airborne odors including:
- Bacteria, mold and mildew

- Garbage, fish, urine, feces and pet odors
- Tobacco odors
- Paint fumes
- Skunk odor
- Some pet odors
- Mustiness
